“Visitors can see and take photos while looking at the beauty of the mountains and ocean from above. That is the main advantage of Bukit Putung,” said Pawana, Sunday (4/9/2022).
With the beauty of Bukit Putung, in the future several additional facilities will be built to pamper the tourists who come. Such as several additional beautiful photo spots, restaurants and other supporting facilities.
“Actually, the Karangasem Regency Government is planning to build additional facilities on Putung Hill to pamper tourists. But because the funds were refocused on handling COVID-19, it still cannot be realized,” said Pawana.
Even though additional facilities have not been built on Bukit Putung, currently there are still quite a lot of visitors who come just to take photos and it’s all free. Even though the road is quite steep, this is not too much of an obstacle because the road access is very good and there is also parking available there.
“I hope that additional facilities at Bukit Putung can be built soon so that tourist visits will also increase,” said Pawana.
If these additional facilities are built, it is hoped that they will become a series of favorite tourist attractions for tourists in East Duda Village, namely Putung Hill, Jagasatru Waterfall, Brahma Statue and Gook Sesapi’s embrace.
